The location, though appealing, brings its own challenges. Due to being one of the highest points within the city and surrounding areas the estate is open to the elements. Which in essence, means that the micro-climate changes rapidly day-to-day.

At the heart of the estate is a large open field situated right next to the play area and 5-a-side come basketball pitch. With residents using this space, and the surrounding woodland on daily basis it’s key to ensure that the impeccable appearance is upheld at all times.

Upon initial consultation, it was clear that within the maintenance schedule we would have to allow for weekly visits to the site from Spring right through to Autumn. As well as this, we would ensure that regular improvements were made in line with maintaining the desirable open spaces. Additionally, any replanting schemes that were to be agreed would have to be carefully thought out in order to ensure long term establishment dur to the extremes of the micro climate.

Year Round Management of Private Estate

To maximise the potential of the green open spaces we ensure to use cylinder mowing to create the much sought-after lawn stripes whilst tackling the play area with a fine Honda mower. Throughout the year we will also manage the woodland areas and maintain the acid grass with an annual cut.

Thanks to our experience and dedicated teams we have been able to provide a well-thought out and detailed service plan for this residential estate grounds maintenance.
